All causes of death compared to Coronavirus
The following list presents the causes of death in the world. The Death Rate represents the number of people per million who died within a specific cause. Percent of all Deaths refers to the percentage of deaths that each Death Rate value represents in relation to the total number of deaths. Total Deaths estimates the total number of deaths of each cause in the world, calculated by relating the number of deaths per million to the total world population in 2017 (Total Deaths = Death Rate / 1,000,000 * 7,547,858,925). Values that appear as zero do not mean that there were no deaths related to the specific cause, but that this value is less than 1 in a million.
The COVID-19 information were the deaths that occurred from Coronavirus between 1 January and 31 December 2020.
